Here are a few resources and web sites of interest that may be of help on
your path
:

If you're interested in learning to journey for yourself you may want to start with
Michael Harner's  (Founder of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies) book,
The Way of
the Shaman.
You can purchase it on his site  www.shamanism.org/  along with
different drumming CDs (proceeds from his site go towards supporting shamanic
cultures and spreading understanding about shamanic practice).

Sandra Ingerman also has a beginners book: Shamanic Journeying: A Beginner's Guide.
It costs just a little over 10 dollars on Amazon and comes with a drumming CD. Sandra
says she prefers the sound quality of the FSS drumming CD's but its a fine stand in.
Her book keeps it simple and gives great suggestions for journeys to try out with your
guides.

If you live in the Pacific Northwest and would like to find shamanic groups in which to
participate in or other practitioners with whom to work, the website
www.spiderlinks.net can be a great resource.

Testimonials

"Kirsten has impeccable boundaries and wide, wide heart. She knew that I needed help
yet waited until I was ready. When we finally did the ceremony together, her
compassion was so present that we cried together for the beauty of the soul piece that
the spirits brought for me through her.  I felt 'handled with great tenderness and care'.

I practice as a shamanic healer as well, have seen a lot of practitioner's styles and
highly recommend Kirsten."
- Tasara

"Kirsten is intuitive and spiritual as well as very professional. The guidance I received
through her journeying was clear and the imagery resonated with me personally. I
appreciated her sincerity and humility in the service of Spirit. Kirsten is a gifted and
mindful practitioner and I confidently recommend her to those ready to hear her."
